Bible Drill Recognition Day

For those of you who don't know what Bible Drills are..here is a brief overview. The youth and children compete against themselves to find different things in the bible. The youth have 6 seconds and the children have 10 seconds to find things. They start around Christmas and memorize scripture. They have to know certain verses and find them in their alloted time, memorize some scriptures, know key passages and where they are found and know all the books in order and find them when certain ones are called out. There are a total of 24 things and we are so very proud of our boys and what they accomplished. You start out at church drills, then association and then state and our boys have made it every year to state! We are proud of all the kids and just hope that what they learn they put to eternal memory and when they need encouragement from the Lord that they remember some of these verses! This is an awesome thing to do and be a part of! Way to go boys! We love you and are so proud of you!
These are the three adults. They all got superior...Chris, Jessica and Bro. Joedy
These are most of the kids...(L to R) Jimmy, Dana, Mick, Evie, Chase, Jacob. (second row) Keeifer, Danyelle, Josh and Cameron. (back row) Zack, Kipp, Jeromy and Hannah! Great job kids!

Zack with his medal..he also received a plaque for being in bible drills for 7 years

Cameron with his medal

Chase received a trophy for being in bible drills for 3 years. And he has his medal.
All three of my kids have been in Bible drills since the 3rd grade. If you go to state and do Bible drills for all 9 years, you are eligible for scholarships. 3rd grade doesn't count, but it's great practice!!

She just looked so pretty!!

We have Known Tauna and Mitch for 17 years. They are very good friends of ours that we don't get to see often! So, on Tauna's way to see her sister, they stopped by. It was a great visit and we are so glad that they were able to stop by not once but twice! We missed Mitch, but we know he had to work! Our kids are all within 6 mths of eachother in age...crazy I know!! They are all beautiful (handsome, LEVI) and we love them!!!

She really didn't want to take this picture, but I made her!! HAHAHA

We met up with my parents a couple of weekends ago because we haven't seen them since Christmas, a draw-back from living so far away from family, but it was a great visit!! LOVED the area we were in! We are so glad we got to see them, even if it was just for a few hours!

Chase's band concert

Look at the concentration!
What's funny is that I do my mouth like that when I am concentrating!! He's playing the triangle here, which he was excited about!

Look at our gorgeous drummer!

There's nothing I can say about this except GORGEOUS!! I did her hair like this for the first time..it's long enough now!! Oh, she didn't want to get in the car!! HAHA

Doesn't she look soo cute?!?!?!?!

My model!!

She has Cameron's hat on..when I said let me take a picture this is what she did!! She's so funny!

Pretty outfits on a gorgeous little girl!

This is attitude...and she has ALOT of it!
This is sweetness, and she also has alot of that!

I LOVE this outfit. Mom got her the shirt and I got the pants at a consignment shop for $2.00..LOVE IT!!!

See what I have to deal with?? She's just a silly goose like her daddy and brothers!! I LOVE Winnie the Pooh..I finally got an outfit with it on there and I was SOO excited!!

Riding the horsey and being silly

Blowing kisses to daddy while riding..she's talented!! :)

She loves the horse that my mom made for her. She is now at the perfect age to ride it bc she can get on and off of it by herself. She does hit the floor a little harder than I like for her to, but oh well!! :)
